Hotel Reservations

The host hotel for the 2015 NHWC Conference is the Crowne Plaza at Historic Union Station located in the heart of Indianapolis. This full-service hotel offers 273 rooms and is located in a National Register-listed train station. Special Conference rates have been secured for the Conference:

    Standard King $151.00/night
    Standard Double $151.00/night

Approximately 17% tax is applicable to the above rates.

Train car rooms and master king suites are currently sold out (but may become available if cancellations occur). If you need more space, King Executive rooms are available for $181.00/night. These rooms are not available through the hotel web link. If you are interested in train car room cancellations or King Executive rooms, please send an e-mail to the government room address below.

To request information on reserving at the government rate please send an e-mail to 
governmentrooms@hydrologicwarning.org including the name of your organization. A special weblink will be provided. Presentation of valid identification is required upon check-in.

Reservations can also be made by calling (317) 631-2221 and referencing the National Hydrologic Warning Council Conference group code HYD to secure the special rates. The hotel will honor the special rates until May 25, 2015.
 
Parking

The Pan Am Parking Garage is offering an $18 maximum daily rate for attendees during the Conference. Please note this ONLY applies to Pan Am Parking Garage. If attendees valet park or choose to park at another garage you will be charged the going rate for each location.

To receive the Pan Am Parking Garage discount, a “chaser” ticket must be used EACH time you exit the garage. Chaser tickets will be available from the conference registration desk or the hotel front desk.
