To emphasize, educate, and focus flood warning practitioners, owners and operators of existing or proposed hydrologic warning systems, emergency managers, public works officials,  owners and operators of high hazard dams and levees, decision makers, and river authorities, about technological advances and necessary considerations for developing and maintaining flood resilient communities in a changing climate.

RESERVATION PROCEDURES
 
Individual Telephone Reservations
Attendee should make reservations directly with the Hotel by calling 518-869-8100 or the toll free # 800-448-3500. Reservations must be made no later than 9/5/2016. Attendees should identify themselves as being part of the National Hydrologic Warning Council group at the time of making the reservation. This event has been assigned a group ID # which is 12G7ZZ.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
Check in time begins for all groups at 4:00 p.m. Individuals may check in earlier, depending on occupancy levels and availability of "ready" rooms. Check out time is 12 noon. 
 
GUEST ROOM CANCELLATION POLICY
An individual guest may cancel a room reservation, and not be charged for the reservation guarantee, if notice is received by 4:00PM day of arrival. Individuals must obtain a cancellation number a cancellation number from the hotel should there be any future dispute on the cancellation time.
