Sr. Flood Warning Specialist — City of Fort Worth, Transportation & Public Works, Stormwater Management (SWM) Division — Fort Worth, TX

A Sr. Flood Warning Specialist job is available with the City of Fort Worth, Transportation & Public Works, Stormwater Management (SWM) Division. The SWM Division is responsible for protecting the residents of Fort Worth from the harmful effects of runoff during severe storms. The Flood Warning program in SWM maintains, operates, and installs instrumented water level and weather monitoring master stations along with the remote roadside flashers that are triggered by the master stations. The Sr. Flood Warning Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of the City’s flood warning program while ensuring very high levels of system reliability.
