Exhibitor fees include 1 person, and exhibit space with the following attributes (skirted table, AC power, WiFi, introduction and speaking time to the workshop audience). Additional exhibitor representatives should register as general workshop attendees. Please contact Andy Rooke (Andrew.Rooke@AMRconsults.com, 512-657-2940) if your company is interested in sponsoring any events during the workshop or after hours.

The Member Vendor not Exhibiting category allows the vendor to be included in the introductions but does not include exhibit space. 1 workshop attendee is included, and additional attendees should be registered as general workshop attendees.

Speaker fees apply only to primary speakers who will be presenting original, non-commercial material. Please confirm that your presentation has been accepted into the agenda BEFORE selecting speaker categories.

Non-member registrants will automatically be enrolled as members in the NHWC, receiving the benefits of membership through December of 2014. This one time membership offer is limited to 1 registrant from exhibitor firms. *Non-member status will be upgraded to member status after the 2013 Texas Workshop fee has been paid.
